In Stride with Civilization

I never failed to be amazed at the number of people there are in Shanghai. I mean, I come from Singapore which is densely populated. But the amount only stretches up to 4 Million max. Here in Shanghai, if I am not mistaken, we are talking about 16+ Million. That's a whooping 4 times.

No wonder they need such signs below.



It says "In stride with civilization, be a lovely Shanghainese".
