Pancake Wonder
Until now I still don't get it. Why is there always such a loooooooonnnng queue at... *gasp*... Pizza Hut in Shanghai?!

Few possible explanations from my equally puzzled expat friends:
1. this is one of the cheapest western food restaurants around (not true) and makes the locals feel upclass by being in there
2. they are crazy! (maybe)
3. pizzas are similar to Chinese pancakes with fillings so it is foreign yet familiar (doubt so)
Or perhaps, they simply like the food THAT much.

very funny.
i think all the restaurants in china are good business,(due to the huge population). That why i am planing to open a eatery outlet there :))
